To make a claim:

  1. Report it (within 24 hours/ next working day)

    • Full name (NIRC/Passport)

    • Contact details

    • Policy Number

    • Brief description of claim

    • Particulars of other person or witness

  2. Provide Information on claim form and submit it

  3. Send any supporting and additional documents

In addition for Property Claim:

  1. Prevent and further damage or loss to the insured item

  2. Keep the item for inspection

  3. Work with loss adjuster

  4. Submit written quotes for repairs/replacements to be agreed on

In addition for Motor Claim:

  1. Exchange particulars with all parties involve in the accident

  2. Take photo of the accident scene

  3. Submit in-car video if available

  4. Report accident within 24 hours or next working day

    1. Authorized Workshops stated on the certificate of insurance

    2. Independent damage assessment center (IDAC)

When to file a police report:

  1. Motor accident

  2. Fatal accident

  3. Burglary or theft

  4. Theft by employee(s)

  5. Loss of personal effects or/and property

  6. Accident involving pleasure harbor craft in Singapore waters
